摘要

A vulnerability classified as <a href="https://vuldb.com/kb/risk">critical</a> has been found in <a href="https://vuldb.com/product/red_hat:enterprise_linux">Red Hat Enterprise Linux and OpenShift Container Platform</a>. Affected is the function <code>rpcbdump</code> of the component <em>rpcinfo</em>. Performing a manipulation results in stack-based buffer overflow. This vulnerability is identified as <a href="https://vuldb.com/cve/CVE-2026-16461">CVE-2026-16461</a>. The attack can be initiated remotely. There is not any exploit available.
